After listening to a number of his sermons, I believe that Eddie Long promotes the health and wealth/prosperity gospel, and that is the reason he is listed here. Much of the problem I have with mega-churches is the mega dollars that the leadership of those churches take in for their own enjoyment, while some people in their own congregations drive unreliable transportation, live in less than ideal housing, struggle payday to payday just to make ends meet, sacrifice their meager paychecks to meet their tithe obligations, and support the many ministry projects that the church establishment takes credit for.
